April 9, 2001 - Pujols homers in his first St. Louis home opener.
April 28, 2001 - Pujols ties NL rookie record for most home runs in the month of April with 8.
September 19, 2001 - Pujols sets a new NL mark for RBI in a rookie season with 120 breaking the 71-year-old rookie record held by Wally Berger of the Boston Braves. Pujols would go on to collect 130 RBI on the season 15 short of the major league record held by Ted WIlliams in 1939.
September 21, 2001 - Set major league record for most extra-base hits for rookie with 83 on his first career grand slam.
October 7, 2001 - Albert Pujols 194th hit ties Emmet "Snags" Heidrick (1899) for most hits by a Cardinal rookie.
November 12, 2001 - Pujols wins the NL Rookie of the year awards
 
2002
September 29, 2002 - Pujols picked up his 257 RBI in his first two seasons to become one of only four players to ever post 250 or more RBI's in their first two years in the majors. (Ted Williams, Joe DiMaggio, Dale Alexander)

August 31, 2005 - Pujols becomes the first Major League player since Ted Williams to reach the 100 RBI mark in each of his first five seasons.
September 30, 2005 - Pujols hits a grand slam becoming the second fastest to 200 home runs.
October 1, 2005 - Pujols finishes his first five seasons with 201 home runs second to Ralph Kiner who hit 215.
November 15, 2005 - Pujols beats out runner up Andrew Jones to win his first NL MVP award.
October 17, 2005 - Pujols blast off Brad Lidge caps an amazing 3-run rally with two outs to send the Cardinals to a NLCS game 6 at Busch Stadium.

April 10, 2006 - Pujols becomes the first player to hit a home run at the new Busch Stadium.
April 17 2006 - Pujols Ties the major league record for home runs in hit 4-consecutive AB. The only Cardinal to do so was Stan Musial.
April 21, 2006 - Pujols hit his 11th home run in the month of April to break a franchise record held by Mark Mcgwire in 1998.
April 21, 2006 - Pujols' first-inning, two-run blast was his 1,000th career hit. He became the fastest player in major league history to reach that milestone with 200 homers. Pujols needed 806 games to reach the milestones, topping the previous record by Willie Mays of 825 games.
April 29, 2006 - Pujols hits his 14th home run setting a new home run mark for the month of April passing Ken Griffey Jr. (1997) and Juan Gonzalez (2001) who had 13.
April 29, 2006 - Albert Pujols 32 RBI in the month of April tied Mark Mcgwire (1998) and Barry Bonds (1996) for the most in the month of April.
May 13, 2006 - Pujols is the quickest player to hit 19 home runs. Pujols reached the milestone in his 37th game, beating Mickey Mantle in 1956 and Luis Gonzalez of the Diamondbacks in 2001, by three games.
July 14, 2006 - Pujols becomes the first player in MLB history to hit 30 home runs in each of his first six seasons.
September 27, 2006 - Pujols hits his 47th home run of the season the nineteen of which accounted for game-winning RBI's, the most since Willie Mays has 19 such homers in 1962.

September 30 , 2007 - Pujols becomes the first player in MLB history to hit 30 home runs and drive in over 100 run and bat over .300 in in each of his first seven seasons.

July 4, 2008 - Pujols hits his 300th career home run becoming the fifth- youngest player (28 yrs., 170 days) in MLB history to reach that milestone.
July 4, 2008 - Pujols becomes the fastest player to get career home run 300 from their 1st (April 6th, 2001 - July 4th 2008), totaling 2,646 days, beating Alex Rodriguez by 572 days (June 12th, 1995 - April 3rd, 2003).
August 30, 2008 - Pujols had his 1,500th career hit on August 30th against the Houston Astros.
September 1, 2008 - Pujols hit his 30th home run of the season off of Randy Johnson to start his career with eight consecutive 30 HR seasons, the first player to do so in MLB history.
September 11, 2008 - Pujols hit his 100th RBI off Rich Harden to become only the third player in baseball history to start his career with eight consecutive seasons of 100+ RBI's. Al Simmons (1924-1934) with 11, and Ted Williams (1939-42, 1946-49) with 8, were the only other players to accomplish that feat.
September 28, 2008 - Pujols becomes the first player in MLB history to hit 30 home runs and drive in over 100 run and bat over .300 in in each of his first eight seasons.

April 8, 2009 - Pujols set a franchise record with seven assists. It was the most in the majors by a first baseman since the Pirates’ Bob Robertson had eight on June 21, 1971.
June 30, 2009 - Pujols hits his 29th and 30th home runs of the season becoming the first player in MLB history to hit 30 home runs in the first nine seasons of his career. He became just the 7th player to hit 30 home runs before July 1.
July 3, 2009 - Pujols hits his 31st home run of the season it was his fourth grand slam of 2009 setting a Cardinals record, breaking a tie with Jim Bottomley, Keith Hernandez and Fernando Tatis. It was the 10th grand slam of Pujols' Major League career, surpassing Stan Musial's franchise record. His homer was the 350th of his career becoming the third-youngest player in history to reach that mark, at 29 years, 168 days. The only players to get to 350 at an earlier age were Alex Rodriguez (28 years, 282 days) and Ken Griffey Jr. (28 years, 308 days).
September 9, 2009 - Pujols tied Mark McGwire’s franchise mark with 10 multi-homer games in a season.
  September 20, 2009 - Pujols hit his 40th double of the season, making him the second player in major league history to hit 40 doubles and 40 home runs in three separate seasons (2003, 2004, 2009), joining Lou Gehrig.
October 4, 2009 - Pujols becomes the first player in MLB history to hit 30 home runs and drive in over 100 run and bat over .300 in in each of his first nine seasons.
October 4, 2009 - Pujols sets a new major league record for assists by a first baseman. His 185th assist in the fifth inning broke the old record held by Bill Buckner, who had 184 assists for the Boston Red Sox in 1985.
